From Life to the Plate opens the door of Spanish gastronomy

Amazon Prime is heading to Spain’s 8 flavour destinations including El Celler de Can Roca and offers a close look to each with its new Spanish series from Life to the Plate (De la Vida al Plato), released on the 24th.

Actor and gourmet Juan Echanove shows their life outside the restaurant by visiting some of Spain’s top 8 restaurants that have made great contributions to world gastronomy, focusing on the history behind them and the characteristics that make them unique. In Echanove’s words, from Life to the Plate, the doors of restaurants’ kitchens open to viewers while at the same time revealing the emotions that lie behind them. Each episode will focus on a different restaurant, chef and their story: El Corral de la Morería in Madrid, Echaurren hotel in Rioja, Noor restaurant in Córdoba, Etxebarri in the Basque Country, Casa Solla in Galicia, Ricard Camarena Restaurant in Valencia, El Celler de Can Roca in Girona and Lera in Zamora.
