In the new menu called ‘With a Little Help From My Friends’, inspired by The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album, the dishes were named after popular songs of the album. The mDay, which has food names like’ A day in the Life ‘and’ Yellow Submarine’, was born when Bottura asked his team to prepare recipes inspired by the album during the quarantine.
