2 Michelin-starred chef Nick Bril prepares to open restaurant The Jane

Over the summer months, The Jane, the 2 Michelin-starred one of the world’s most stunning restaurants in Antwerp, Belgium, will go open air. The open-air restaurant, in collaboration with Sommar, will open from June 12.

Due to the restrictions imposed, the Upper Room Bar was not possible to open, so the team decided to move The Jane into the open air. Nick Bril, chief executive of 2 Michelin-starred The Jane, said: “During these uncertain times we need to be creative and reinvent ourselves.” Nick Bril, Thomas Swenters and Jean-Philippe Vormezeele will be responsible for food. Trésor Vets, along with other well-known Upper Room Bar faces, will take care of the service., the Food and Wine Gazette reported.
