A gastro endemic experience intertwined with nature: Cubo

Cubo Restaurant, located in the middle of a lush forest a few kilometers from the city center in Mexico City, offers signature dishes from the international cuisine. Located away from the tourist streets and known to very few tourists, guests who come to the restaurant can try special dishes made from local ingredients.

Cubo, a gastro endemic experiences project supported by Roberto Lingard, prepares the meals of its customers from the ingredients collected from the forest. At the same time, customers have the chance to take a guided tour of the forest and try the fresh produce of the forest. Taking its name from the shape of a cube, Cubo brings its guests together with nature and gives them a magnificent gastronomic experience.
