A significant step for the Turkish Gastronomy and Hospitality Industry at 2. FSUMMIT

On 22-23 February, all stakeholders of the hospitality industry came together at International Gastronomy Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant and Investment Summit FSUMMIT Antalya sponsored by Pınar and UFS!

International Tourism Gastronomy and Hospitality Summit FSUMMIT, which was held for the second time this year to contribute to the gastronomy tourism and hospitality sector, left its mark on Antalya. National and international hotel-restaurant investors and professionals, chefs and F&B managers, food writers and journalists got back together after a long time at FSUMMIT within the theme of “Future Of Hospitality”. The organization was held in Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel and supported by many major non-governmental organizations and institutions such as the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.

FSUMMIT has set the agenda of the gastronomy World within topics such as future scenarios in the luxury hospitality industry, sustainability transformation in restaurants, Z generation’s understanding and their expectations from hotels, future trends of gastronomy.

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Tourism Consultant Osman Ayık, TÜROFED President Sururi Çorabatır, AKTOB President Dr. Erkan Yağcı and Sozen Organization CEO Gökmen Sözen made an opening speech at this special event, where are 165 industry professionals took part as speakers in 41 separate panels.
