Acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco announced his new hamburger bar opening in Singapore

Crowned the best restaurant in the world by World’s 50 Best in 2019, Mirazur’s Argentinian chef and owner Mauro Colagreco is opening his hamburger bar called CARNE in Singapore.

Following the first CARNE opened in Buenos Aires in 2016, it became a hamburger chain as more CARNEs were opened all across Argentina and is the first hamburger chain in the world that has a B Corp Certificate. Made with ethically sourced, simple and high-quality ingredients, the gourmet hamburgers are now being carried over to Singapore by renowned chef Mauro Colagreco.
