An experimental gastronomy challenge from US chefs

Some best chefs from United States, Dominique Crenn, Elise Kornack, Emma Bengtsson ve Niki Nakayama, will come together in the night of Experimental Gastronomy on May 18 and 19, for celebrating Steinbeisser’s partnership with the James Beard Foundation in it’s New York City premiere.

The chefs will create a nine-course organic vegan tasting menu to be eaten from custom made cutlery and tableware created by fifteen artists on both nights.

Experimental gastronomy themed night is considered as a thought provoking challange from the chefs and artists to our eating habits.
