Australian chef, restaurateur, author and TV presenter Neil Perry is adding a new restaurant to his successful career. The restaurant will be the first solo project in his 40-yearlong work life.
The restaurant, which will open in Double Bay, Sydney as a local eater concept, will offer foods from modern Australian cuisine. “I’m really looking forward to feeding the people, maybe sitting at the bar with a glass of wine. I think I’m done with opening fine diners” said chef Perry, according to a GoodFood report. The restaurant, which does not have an announced name yet, is expected to open its doors mid-year.
