Portugal’s leading international food symposium Sangue na Guelra (Blood n’ Guts), featuring many world-renowned chefs including Mauro Colagreco, Virgilio Martínez, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Daniel Humm and Alex Atala, will take place online from May 4-5.
Sanque na Guelra (Blood n’Guts), which started in 2013 as the international gastronomic festival, is a movement that brings prominent young chefs from Portugal and the world for new Portuguese cuisine. Their main goal is to inspire, support interdisciplinary and conceptual richness in gastronomy, as well as promote the culinary culture of Portugal. The international symposium, which will take place this year, will be attended by world-famous names such as Mauro Colagreco, Virgilio Martínez, Andoni Luis Aduriz and Alex Atala. Blood n’Guts will take place online on May 4-5 at 11.00-19.00 GMT (for Turkey 09.00-17.00) on Facebook and Youtube due to coronavirus, in the flesh version has been postponed to October.
