Chef Niko Romito’s academy aims to shape the future of food

Three Michelin starred Raele’s Italian chef Niko Romito founded the Accademia Niko Romito. The campus that is located in the Abruzzo region of Italy aims to shape the future of the food industry.

“I want to ensure that food can be both healthy and also sustainable thanks to democratic and widespread access” says Nico Romito and offers a wide network of restaurants and laboratories to the graduates of his academy which he founded in partnership with the Science and Nutrition Department of the Sapienza University in Rome.
