Albert Raurich

After graduating from the School of Hotel Management and Catering in Barcelona, he worked with chefs such as Quim Marqués, Carles Abellán, Sergi Arola, José Ramón Andrés, and began a career at elBulli, a career that means a milestone for him and stayed there for 11 years until the restaurant closed. After the elBulli, he opened his own restaurant Dos Palillos in Barcelona. Raurich operates the “the most important Asian restaurant outside of Asia” with the definitions of the great culinary authorities such as Ferran Adria.
