Andrea Dopico Cafarelli from Venezuela, studied Public Relations. After that she realised that she would like to be a chef and therefore studied pastry at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Art in Vancouver. After graduating from school, Dopico has gained experience in major gastronomic cities such as Madrid and Barcelona. She also has been named to Forbes as “30 most influential European people under 30”. Carme Ruscalleda, Carlos Garcia are the major names who gave influence to the chef.
