Antonıo Bachour

Growing up in Puerto Rico by learning all the niceties of the family tradition of baking, Antonio Bachour has become one of the most important names in the pastry world with his professional experience gained at an early age. Bachour, who spent his first professional years at the Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, worked as a pastry chef at Talula in 2001. Showcasing its technical and aesthetic skills on Italian delicacies, Bachour drew attention by bringing his pastry experience to the top. Chosen as one of the “Top 10 Pastry Chef” by Dessert Professional Magazine in 2011, Bachour won the Zest Award for his innovative approach to pastry and baking the following year, and founded the Bachour Simply Beautiful brand in 2014.
