Janice Wong

Singapore born Janice Wong, learned pastry from the great names of USA such as Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz, Spanish chocolate master Oriol Balaguer and France’s world famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé. Wong who was selected as the Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2013 & 2014, alsow known for pushing flavor limits in her sweet restaurant 2 am:dessertbar, which is considered one of the best pâtisseries in the world.
