Joxe Mari Aizega is Head of Basque Culinary Center, which includes the School of Gastronomic Science and I+D Center for Food and Gastronomy. Basque Culinary Center is the first Gastronomic School in Spain with an Official Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Joxe Mari Aizega is the founder and pioneer of this center which has been created with the support of public institutions, chefs, private companies and Mondragon University.
