Kevın Lacote

Learning all the niceties of cuisine at Lycée Albert de Mun in Paris, Kevin Lacote pursued his passion for pastries and choose this path. Having gained experience in restaurants such as Le Cinq and Ambroisie, Lacote started working as the Pastry Chef of La Grande Cascade at the age of 26. Kevin Lacote later joined Yannick Alleno’s team at One & Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai and created his acclaimed delicacies as Executive Pastry Chef. Inspired by different experiences, the tastes prepared without additives, using only seasonal products, won the praise of gastronomy authorities in a short time. The successful chef, who was selected as the “pastry chef of the year” by Express Magazine and Gault Millau in 2017, was awarded the same title by Pudlo Paris in 2018. Kevin Lacote is also a member of the French Culinary College.
