Forest Side, Mana and Tuddenham Mill earned four AA badges

AA announced the 2021 badge winners in a virtual ceremony, with three venues winning four badges. Forest Side; Mana in Manchester; and Tuddenham Mill in Newmarket, Suffolk, were awarded four badges.

Businesses with three AA badges are defined as “exclusive restaurants that have achieved standards that demand national recognition far beyond their local area”, while those awarded with four awards are considered among the best restaurants in the country. Forty-eight restaurants across the UK hold four badges, while only 18 restaurants hold the top five badges.

Simon Numphud, managing director of AA Media, said: “As the hospitality industry reopens after a tough year, it is an honor to recognize these restaurants that have achieved the highest levels of gastronomic excellence. All 2021 badge winners deserve to be celebrated, each demonstrating the outstanding culinary standards served to diners across the country.”
