World-renowned chef Ana Roš has reopened her flagship restaurant, Hiša Franko, with a brand new menu. In quarantine with his culinary team for months due to coronavirus restrictions, the chef presents a successful menu of expertly crafted local, seasonal, and foraged ingredients for a fine dining experience at Hiša Franko.
Being the first restaurant in Slovenia to receive two Michelin stars and ranked 38th in the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ list, Hiša Franko offers unique flavors such as carrot kebab, Zemljanka cheese mochi, and flaxseed sourdough bread on its menu that shows the development of the food culture and cuisine in the region meals are included.
