There are only a few days left until Italy’s most important gastronomic event, Identità Golose. The event, where the world’s best chefs and master pastry chefs will come together, will take place at the MiCo conference center in Milan between 21-23 April.
The event, which will be held with the theme of “The future is today”, will focus on the future of the restaurant industry after the effects of the pandemic of the last few years, while bringing brand new perspectives such as making room for young people. The event, which will be held for the seventeenth time this year, will feature more than 100 speakers over three days. This year’s symbol dish of Identità Golose is “Immagine e somiglianza” by Massimo Bottura.
Identità Golose 2022 will host many important chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Antonia Klugmann, Cristina Bowerman, Massimiliano Alajmo, Niko Romito, Riccardo Camanini, Viviana Varese, Enrico Bartolini, Pietro Leeman, Corrado Assenza, Fabrizio Fiorani, Moreno Cedroni, and Davide Oldani.
