Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong’s world-renowned restaurant, Mandarin Grill & Bar, is preparing to offer its guests a feast of taste with a menu specially prepared for Thanksgiving this year. The one-day Thanksgiving celebration prepared by Chef de Cuisine Simon Guthridge, where guests can taste their favourite flavours, will come together with food lovers only on November 26th. The 3-course special menu will include Japanese kabocha velouté and pan-seared red mullet; as well as roasted organic turkey as the main course and a pumpkin and pecan dessert which perfect for this special day.
