Michelin Guide Tokyo gave out 2021 stars

Tokyo, being the most Michelin starred city in the world, keeps expanding its hospitality sector with two new 3-Michelin-starred restaurants, two new 2-Michelin-starred restaurants and 18 new entries as well as 34 ryokans (a traditional Japanese inn) and hotels.

The 14th edition of Michelin Guide Tokyo includes 446 restaurants in total. The guide also names 6 restaurants that uses sustainable methods with the new green star distinction. These restaurants are Narisawa, Quintessence, Sincere, Florilège, Lature and L’Effervescence.
