Michelin-Starred Chefs are Coming to Turkey with Be Premium Bodrum

Bringing together the local flavors of Bodrum and the Aegean, carefully selected flavor samples from the world cuisine and different tastes, Be Premium Bodrum is preparing to create a unique gastronomic experience. The gastronomy event that will take place in Be Premium Bodrum between July 1st and September 10th; Three Michelin-starred Thomas Bühner from Germany, two Michelin-starred Paco Roncero from Spain, one Michelin-starred Anatoly Khazakov from Russia, two Michelin-starred Anthony Genovese from Italy and one Michelin-starred Yoji Tokuyoshi will attend.

Paco Roncero, the founder and chef of Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid, is considered one of the most prestigious chefs of artistic Spanish cuisine. Another restaurant run by Roncero, who won the 2006 National Gastronomy Award given by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy, Sublimotion, located in Ibiza and open only during the summer season, is the most expensive restaurant in the world, where technology and art are used together. Famous Chef Roncero will perform a pop-up event at the Premium Bodrum Notias Restaurant between 1-15 July.

One Michelin-starred Chef Anatoly Kazakov

Anatoly Kazakov, who has become the representative of Russian cuisine, is known for determining traditions, local products and modern techniques as the three basic principles of his cuisine. With his food philosophy, which he describes as a non-standard appearance in standard products, and his desire for sustainability, Anatoly was the winner of the “Silver Triangle” competition, and was selected as the Best Young Chef 2012 and became the finalist of the San Pellegrino Cooking Cup 2012. He worked with the legendary Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi at Moscow’s flamboyant restaurants The Most and Bon-2. In the fall of 2013, together with Vladimir Mukhin, he opened Zodiac, Moscow’s first Pan-Asian bistro, which offers bold experiments with exotic cuisines. He now runs the Selfie Restaurant, where he serves a menu of delicacies such as sea urchins from Murmansk, scallops from Sakhalinsk in the Pacific, and ducks from Rostov in the south. Successful Chef Kazakov will be a guest at Premium Bodrum Notias Restaurant for a pop-up event between 15 July and 1 August.

Two Michelin-starred Chef Anthony Genovese

Chef Anthony Genovese, who developed his technique with his experience in restaurants in Southern France, returned to Italy to join the kitchen of Enoteca Pinchiorri and then traveled to Tokyo before moving on to London and Malaysia. With Italy at heart, he won his first Michelin star at Ravello. His dream of starting his own restaurant took him to Rome. Il Pagliaccio opened in 2003. Il Pagliaccio, which has 2 Michelin stars today, was awarded the “Lunch of the Year 2022” by 50TopItaly. Famous Chef Genovese will be a guest at Premium Bodrum Notias Restaurant for a pop-up event between 1-15 August.

Three Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Bühner
Thomas Bühner, who directs European gastronomy as one of the most important chefs of Germany, is among the guests of the pop-up event. Thomas Bühner, who won his first Michelin star at La Table in 1996 and was awarded this honor for the second time in 1998, was named Gault Millau’s Chef of the Year in 2006. Bühner, who took over the management of Restaurant La Vie in Osnabrück the same year, became the Grand Chef of Relais & Chateaux during this time. Bühner, who was awarded the Michelin star for the third time in 2011, has proven to the world that he is a true professional in every sense, with the mutual respect and rationalist attitude he encourages in all the kitchens he works in, beyond his culinary expertise. Successful Chef Bühner will be a guest at Premium Bodrum Notias Restaurant for a pop-up event between 15 August and 1 September.

One Michelin-starred Chef Yoji Tokuyoshi

Yoji Tokuyoshi, who aims to combine two cultures with Italian cuisine, which he interprets with the eyes and philosophy of a Japanese, has the distinction of being a chef that makes a difference with the technique he uses. Japanese-born chef Yoji Tokuyoshi, who worked with Massimo Bottura as a sous chef at Osteria Francescana for nine years, left Modena in 2014 and opened the doors of his eponymous Ristorante Tokuyshi in Milan in 2015. Tokuyoshi soon became the owner of two Michelin stars. He brings together the traditions of Japan and the classic flavors of Italy to instill the meaning, tradition, and way of eating them behind each dish. Famous Chef Tokuyoshi will be a guest at Premium Bodrum Notias Restaurant for a pop-up event between September 1st and 10th.
