New Executive Chef appointed to The Terrace

The Terrace, the 3 AA badged restaurant of Montagu Arms, one of the important hotels of the New Forest, has found its new executive chef. Nathan Eades, head chef of The Wild Rabbit in the Michelin Guide, is transferring to Montagu Arms as executive chef.

Apart from The Wild Rabbit, Eades previously served as head chef at prominent restaurants such as Birmingham’s Michelin-starred restaurant Simpsons Restaurant and the 3 AA-badged Fishmore Hall.
