René Frank creates new desserts for FIVE Hotels & Resorts

Two Michelin-starred chef René Frank is preparing new flavors for FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Announcing his cooperation with the hotel group in 2020, René Frank is highly appreciated for the original flavors he offers.

René Frank, the name behind one of the world’s first Michelin-starred dessert restaurants adds a new one to his outstanding creations. Collaborating with FIVE Palm Jumeriah and FIVE Jumeriah Village in Dubai in 2020, Frank rolled up his sleeves to offer new hotel-specific flavors. Caramelized barbecue popcorn with flaming raspberries and passionfruit sorbet in the Soul Street menu is served on a small barbecue with dry ice.

Mango noodles on Maiden Shanghai’s menu are highly appreciated. Prepared with mango ice cream pressed with liquid nitrogen, this flavor is served with sesame goji berry foam. One of René Frank’s other original desserts is coconut pudding served at the Maiden. It draws attention with its large portion, taste and being completely vegetarian. The fluffy duck dessert offered at The Penthouse is served with a mango-passion mousse base.

René Frank, who announced his cooperation with FIVE Hotels & Resorts said that he is ready to present his unique tastes to this group and to create new desserts. The new creations which have gained great acclaim since the first day, are already exciting and René Frank continues to push the limits.
