San Sebastián Gastronomika-Euskadi Basque Country, the doyen of international gastronomy congresses, is held in Kursaal, Spain, between October 4 and 6. The main theme of this year’s congress is the rediscovery of the culinary reality of French cuisine. The most transformative concepts will be discussed and promising chefs will be discussed.
The San Sebastián congress, which was held for the first time on an online platform in October 2020, will allow participants to follow the congress online this year as well. Presentations and live events will be combined with events transferred from restaurants from all over the world via the digital platform. There will also be an exhibition area in Kursaal where companies can exhibit their products and communicate with people attending the congress.
