The Italian pastry chef Gianluca Fusto was born in 1975. Right after completing the hotel school in Milan, he started to work with Aimo Moroni, who is still a mento for him today. Gianluca Fusto who is well known with his artistic pastries wrote books and articles about pastry as well. In 2008 he founded Gianluca Fusto Counsulting, with whom he held courses, consultations from Italy to China.
