Luciana Bianchi is an Italian–Brazilian food writer and trained chef with a background in Molecular Science (major in Organic Chemistry and minor in Film Studies and Journalism). She has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, cooked for celebrities, interviewed most of the best international chefs, and has published work in 14 countries. Luciana is a member of the Guild of Food Writers UK, a contributor to the of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, a writer of the Italian International Food Guide, Identità Golose, an international food correspondent for UOL Brazil, and a columnist of Inter, the oldest gastronomy magazine in Portugal. A frequent traveller and food researcher based in the UK, she also divides her time between Brazil and Italy. With more than 20 years experience in the field, she is a consultant for the food industry and for publishers, a speaker at numerous conferences, and a producer and food stylist for book projects.
