Paco Torreblanca is one of the great master chefs of the avant-garde pastry in the last three decades and a highly respected in the sector. Even now he is still in a continuous renewal, and has not shown any symptoms of creativity stagnation at all. A lot of prestigious professionals have once worked in his pastry workshop (with stores in Elda and Alicante), which has encouraged him to open his own International Escuela Torreblanca. He was the mentor of well known pastry chefs such as Albert Adria or Oriol Balaguer. He is known as the “Pastry chef of The Kings” and he prepared special cakes for the Spanish Kings, politicians and celebrity people.
