Regis Marcon

Regis Marcon is a France chef who won Bocuse d’Or World Champion in 1995 and awarded 3rd Michelin star in 2005, manages a team of 48 people with his son, Jacques. Marcon took over the old hotel from his family near his hometown, Saint-Bonne-le-Froid, and opened his restaurant ‘’Régis et Jacques Marcon’’ in 2008. Marcon, who works a miracle with mushrooms that picked up from forest daily, will talk about his passion to mushrooms, effects of the town he lives on his brand and the gastronomies of the world that he impressed the most at Gastromasa.
