The Barilla Pasta World Championship will take place on 10 and 11 October at Pavillon Cambon in Paris

The main theme of this year’s competition will be The Art of Pasta. Barilla Pasta World Championship will be led by Stéphane Rotenberg and Italian chef Lorenzo Cogo. 14 different chefs from 14 different countries will show their skills in the competition.

The juries of the competition are as follows: chef David Oldani, chef Simone Zanoni, chef Amandine Chaignot, Australian food photographer Ashley Alexander and Italian architect and designer Paola Navone.

Last year, among 17 young chefs, Carolina Diaz won the Master of Pasta title and became the first woman in the history of the competition.
