The kitchen of Les Confidences in Paris is entrusted to chef Romain Leydier

He studied at the Hôtel de Vendôme with the French chef Romain Leydier Gérard Sallé and later worked at La Tour d’Argent, the chef who joined La Marée as a chef. Chef Romain Leydier, who has successfully pursued his career, takes over the cuisine of the restaurant Les Confidences in Hotel San Régis next September.

Located in the nineteenth-century mansion, owned by the Georges family for more than 35 years, Les Confidences restaurant will offer original and seasonal dishes with balanced recipes from the light and inspiring cuisine of successful chef Romain Leydier.

Romain Leydier, who takes care to use local products suitable for the season in her kitchen, will prepare her dishes prepared with her technical experience and spicy signature dishes for Les Confidences’ customers.
