The menu of the new restaurant of the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum is entrusted to chef Pierre Gagnaire

The Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum opens a new branch of Fouquet’s belonging to the Barrière Group. Fouquet’s will prepare its menu with the 3 Michelin-starred French chef Pierre Gagnaire and will offer special dishes that meet the needs and tastes of international customers.

Jean Nouvel, the successful architect who designed the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, will also design the newly opened Fouquet’s restaurant. The restaurant will feature modular compartments inspired by Arabic motifs, as well as contemporary furniture and VIP tables.
