Christian André Pettersen from Norway raised the flag for the first place in Bocuse d’Or Europe 2020, one of the most prestigious gastronomy competitions in the world.
Bocuse d’Or Europe 2020, normally planned to be held in May, announced the winners of the breathtaking competition that it started yesterday. In Bocuse d’Or Europe 2020, one of the most prestigious gastronomy competitions in the world, the Norwegian team with the chef Christian André Pettersen raised the flag and became the winner of the gold medal. The team that won the silver medal in the competition with chef Ronni Mortensen’s unique plates was Denmark. The bronze medal winner was Sweden with Chief Sebastian Gibrand.
At the Bocuse d’Or competition, where 18 chefs demonstrated their skills with the withdrawal of Turkey and England, the chefs presented 2 different dishes to the approval of the juries in 5 hours and 35 minutes. The theme of the first plate was Estonian quail, while the theme of the second plate was catfish, which are mostly grown in South Estonia. The 10 chefs determined by the juries will open the fire once again at the Grand Finale to be held in Lyon next year.
